The setting is a Roman Osteria in the heart of Norton Street Leichhardt. A place where wine and simple foods are served. When Moretti first opened its doors in 1997, partners Ilario Ventolini and Vittorio Paciocco had one goal in mind "keep it simple". Real Italian food is about simplicity. The focus is on sourcing the most exquisite produce possible.
